Extended Christmas returns policy & Last purchase days for Christmas delivery

We have extended our online returns policy for Christmas. Any items purchased in December 2021 can be exchanged or returned up to January 31^st 2022.

Last order days for Christmas delivery 2021:

Standard delivery Sunday 18th December.
Express delivery Wednesday 22nd December.
(This excludes highlands, islands and is not guaranteed).

We are pick, packing, and dispatching safely on time.
Delivery times will be indicated at checkout depending on the service you select, for a few items that may take longer to deliver this will be indicated on the product page and at the checkout.

FREE UK delivery over £45* (Excludes furniture sets, local van deliveries and postage to remote areas)
Standard 3-5 days £3.95
Express 1-2 days £5.95
Same day dispatch with tracking, order before 3pm.

When you place an order, we will offer choices for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Depending on the delivery service you choose.

Trowell to your door - local deliveries.

Once we receive your order by this website (where you will get an order confirmation email), email or by telephone, we will deliver your local order within 5 working days (excludes weekends). Unfortunately at the online checkout, we can not specify delivery days or times, however, shortly after your purchase, we will be in contact to confirm your delivery date.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days (depending on payment method, this is much faster) of us receiving your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
