Trowell Price Match Promise

Terms of our Price Match

  • The Price Match only applies before you place an order.
  • The product must be identical to the one we sell.
  • The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 48 hours.
  • The price of the product is cheaper (including delivery costs).
  • The price match team at Trowell conducts price match checks Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
  • If you have found the product you require cheaper elsewhere we will price check and price match on condition that we can verify the offer and we have the product in stock at the time.
  • Price Match includes: a general promotion on a competitors website
  • Price Match excludes: websites that do not have a valid Vat number, exclusive offers that have been emailed to you, offers on auction sites, or online market places such as ebay and price comparison sites.
  • The Trowell Price Match Promise does not apply to bulk purchases.
  • We will do our best at all times to Match Price and details, but the managers decision is final.
