Delivery & Collection Policy

Extended Holiday Returns: Items ordered during November and December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
Christmas Delivery: Our final dispatch date for pre-Christmas delivery is Tuesday 16th December 2025, but we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Orders placed after this date may arrive late for Christmas.

Free UK delivery on most Mainland UK orders over £99 and under 30 kg. Exclusions: furniture, local van deliveries, and remote areas. Delivery options and pricing appear at checkout after you enter your postcode.

Busy Periods: During peak seasonal times or sale events, delivery times may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Some items require pallet delivery (curbside only). We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date where needed.


Click & Collect

Order online and collect in-store when ready. We’ll email or call when your order is available.

Collection hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–17:00, Sun 10:00–16:00.

Bring your order confirmation and photo ID to the Customer Collection Point (by the exit tills). Orders are held for 7 days.


Local Delivery Only Products

Some items are available for local delivery only (marked on the product page). We deliver locally from Trowell Garden Centre using our own vehicles.

We cannot deliver large quantities of heavy items (e.g. compost) over long distances or to locations with restricted access.


Supplier Direct Deliveries

Some products ship directly from suppliers. Lead times and rates appear at checkout after you enter your postcode. Not all postcodes are served. Pallet delivery may be required (curbside only).


Returns

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt (timing depends on your payment provider).
