Dickens Christmas Carol

Deep red, antique gold and warm lighting give our first theme, the Dickens Christmas Carol the richness of a traditional Victorian Christmas. Bells, pine wood and ribbon are what give these decorated branches in this Christmas display we’ve curated here at Trowell Garden Centre the perfect flow. Creating a traditional setting that feels inviting.

For anyone drawn to classic designs, this part of our garden centre Christmas display is exactly what you need. Feel free to browse the baubles, Christmas light display and traditional nutcrackers, then imagine those colours beside decorations you already own.

Retro Revival

Emerald ribbon, magenta baubles and geometric shapes bring bold colour to our garden centre’s second theme, the Retro revival Christmas display. This section is a lovely place to come and view if you want to try something different this year without replacing every decoration you already own.

Stand beside the tree centred directly at the heart of Trowell Garden Centre, deep in our Christmas display and compare the combinations. A green bow with a golden star topper might be all the inspiration you need or might simply be the perfect spot for a photo op. Consider which colours would work with your existing Christmas light displays at home.

Snow Princess

Icy white, pale gold and glittered florals is what gives our third theme, Snow Princess, its delicate character. Butterflies, frosted branches and reindeer add detail among the baubles, making this one of the softer scenes in the Christmas display here at Trowell garden Centre.

If we had to admit, this is our favourite theme this year. If elegant designs appeal to you, then this is sure to be your favourite as well. Christmas light displays add warmth to this part of our garden centre Christmas display, offering inspiration that complement a lighter colour scheme. Picture a few of those decorations against your own tree!

Parisian Charm

Fourth on our list is the Parisian Charm theme. This section, located at the start of the display welcomes you with a glittering staircase, oversized gift boxes and two glamorous poodle figures. This corner of our garden centre Christmas display offers a playful feel, with details that will catch the eye of anyone who enjoys unusual decorations.

Look for champagne bottle baubles and handbag ornaments in this section of our Christmas display, found at the start of Trowell Garden Centre. Being the most unexpected and quirky theme we have, walk through this part of our Christmas light display and come and see how some modern, unexpected decorations could be the key to reawakening your childhood festive spirit.

Gingerbread Bakery

Fifth, and always a popular choice on our list is the Gingerbread Bakery section. Biscuit tin styling, gingerbread figurines and a festive staging adds to the atmosphere, making this the absolute go to stop in our garden centre Christmas display when browsing with children.

Count the gingerbread men together, then choose which little details you like the best. The Trowell Garden Centre gingerbread themed Christmas display has ideas or all, including for kitchens, Christmas tables as well as trees! Think about how these ornaments could sit beside your own Christmas light displays at home.

Winter Cabin

A navy front door and white picket fence frame our last instalment of the Christmas Display here at Trowell Garden Centre with the Winter Cabin theme. With flocked trees suggesting a snowy retreat, lanterns and faux fur adding a cosy touch and soft white lighting drawing the setting together.

Importantly, and for those with a keen eye when visiting the Christmas display at our garden centre, the overhead icicle lights give a brilliant touch of whimsy and are also available to purchase in store and online! Trees are an essential part of Christmas, smaller trees can look lovely on a sideboard or in a hallway, whist fuller artificial trees give ornaments room to shine. Compare both in our garden centre Christmas display and picture which shape would suit your room.

Bring measurements on your visit to the Christmas display or ask staff at Trowell Garden Centre for dimensions to products. Viewing in person allows you to judge the height, width and decoration size of each tree. Compare the Christmas light displays along the branches, then browse our artificial Christmas trees online for more ideas.

Christmas Light Displays

The lighting area of the Christmas display found towards the back of Trowell Garden Centre gives you a chance to compare those effects, though it is a great idea to Remember that it’s always a great idea to check individual product details before deciding on products for your Christmas light displays.
