Description

Cabbage Collars, PK 30

Protect Cabbages, Brassicas, and other greens from the threat of cabbage root fly with these biodegradable collars offer a simple and effective solution to the damage caused by cabbage root fly attacks.
 
The pests lay eggs at the base of the plants, which hatch into larvae and burrow into the plants eating the stems and roots. The collar stops the flies from laying eggs at the base of the plant, preventing an infestation of damaging maggots.
 
Slide the collar around the stem of each plant needing protection. The Cabbage Collar will expand as the stems thicken, preventing restricted growth.

They are biodegradable and chemical-free, no need to remove them after use. Just allow it to degrade into the soil.
