FAQs
What is a Gonk?
Gonks are Scandinavian-inspired festive characters known for their oversized hats, fluffy beards, and cosy styling. They’ve become hugely popular Christmas decorations because they fit so easily into both modern and traditional festive décor.
Is the CosyGonk soft?
Yes. This decoration has a plush fabric finish designed to give it a warm, cosy appearance that works especially well alongside fairy lights and softer festive textures.
Can this only hang on a tree?
No. Many customers also display Gonks on shelves, hooks, garlands, mantlepieces, or sideboards to spread festive character throughout the home.
Why do people collect Gonks?
Partly because there are so many different styles available, but mostly because they add personality to Christmas decorating. Many people enjoy building up their collection over time and mixing different Gonks throughout their seasonal displays.
Is it suitable for gifting?
Definitely. Gonks are one of the safest festive gift choices because they suit so many decorating styles and feel cosy, cheerful, and easy to display around the home.
