Tulip Little Princess Bulbs
Tulip Little Princess is a compact tulip with copper orange to red petals, a dark centre and a bright golden band. The pointed petals open into a star shaped flower, giving rockeries, containers and border edges a strong hit of early spring colour.
This miniature tulip grows to around 15cm tall and flowers from March to April. Each stem can produce clusters of three to four flowers, so even a low growing display can still feel full when the bulbs are planted in groups.
Plant from September to December in well drained soil, in a sunny position. Little Princess is fully hardy, suitable for naturalising and has received the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit.
