Narcissus Sabrosa Daffodil Bulbs
Narcissus Sabrosa is a dwarf jonquil daffodil with small lemon yellow flowers and a sweet scent. The compact stems carry two to four miniature cups, giving pots, window boxes and border fronts a neat spring display in April.
Growing to around 15cm tall, Sabrosa is useful for smaller spaces and low planting where taller daffodils may feel too large. It can be used beneath seasonal container displays, along the front of borders, or cut for small indoor posies where the fragrance can be enjoyed close up.
Plant from August to November in soil with good drainage, in full sun or partial shade. Space the bulbs around 10cm apart and plant them around 10cm deep, either in neat rows or in clumps for a fuller patch of colour.
