White and Red Tulip Gift Bag Mix Bulbs
This White and Red Tulip Gift Bag Mix includes Tulip Carnaval de Rio and Tulip Apeldoorn, giving a bright spring display with white, red and crimson tones. The mix works well in flowerbeds, borders, pots and containers, with flowers appearing from April to May.
Carnaval de Rio brings white petals streaked with crimson red and touches of yellow, so each bloom has a slightly different pattern. Apeldoorn adds strong red flowers, giving the mix a bold block of colour alongside the striped variety.
These tulips grow to around 50cm to 60cm tall and can also be cut for indoor spring arrangements. Plant from September to December in moist but well drained soil, in full sun or partial shade.
