Iris Dwarf Reticulata Bulbs
Iris Dwarf Reticulata is an early flowering spring bulb with deep purple blue blooms and striking yellow and white markings. The flowers appear from February to March, bringing colour to the garden before many other spring plants have properly started.
These compact irises grow to around 15cm tall, making them a good choice for pots, containers, rockeries and the front of sunny borders. They also work well planted in groups, where the rich colour can create a stronger display, or mixed with snowdrops for a clear contrast in early spring.
Plant from September to December in moist but well drained soil, in full sun or partial shade. Space the bulbs around 8cm apart and plant them around 8cm deep to give the flowers room to develop.
