Iris Frozen Planet Bulbs
Iris Frozen Planet is a dwarf Iris Reticulata with fragrant white flowers and pale pastel blue tips. The cool colouring gives the blooms a frosted look, bringing fresh colour to pots, rockeries and early spring displays from February to March.
These compact irises grow to around 15cm tall while flowering, with slender foliage that rises taller after the blooms appear. They are a good choice for gravel gardens, window boxes, tabletop planters and mixed pots with other early spring bulbs.
Plant from September to December in moist but well drained soil. Frozen Planet will grow in full sun or partial shade, and looks especially effective when planted in small drifts or grouped closely in containers.
