The 4 varieties of beets within this pack are all delicious as baby beetroot or when left to mature to full size, and all full of vital vitamins that only add to their charm as a vegetable. Easy to grow and tasty when eaten raw, boiled or roasted, this colourful mix is a great choice for any gardener.

How to:
- Sow seeds thinly in a shallow pre-watered row 2cm deep and cover with a little soil
- Ensure there is 30cm between rows and 20cm between plants
- Keep soil moist at all times
