Black and Pink Tulip Gift Bag Mix Bulbs
This Black and Pink Tulip Gift Bag Mix includes Tulip Queen of Night and Tulip Van Eijk, giving a strong contrast of near black plum purple and rose pink flowers. The colour pairing works well in pots, window boxes, mixed beds and borders, with flowers appearing from April to May.
Queen of Night is known for its very dark colouring, which can appear almost black before showing deep plum tones in sunlight. Van Eijk adds large rose pink flowers on elegant stems, giving the mix a warmer lift and drawing out the darker tones alongside it.
These tulips grow to around 50cm tall and can also be cut for indoor spring displays. Plant from September to December in moist but well drained soil, in full sun or partial shade.
