Christmas Delivery cut off – 3pm on Friday 18th December 2020

The last day for delivery before Christmas is 3pm on Friday 18th December. If ordered after this date Items may still arrive although can’t be guaranteed. We will do our best to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible.

Extended Christmas returns policy

We have extended our online returns policy for Christmas. Any items purchased in December 2020 can be exchanged or returned up to January 31st 2021.

Online orders - national deliveries.

We are pick, packing, and dispatching safely on time.
Delivery times will be indicated at checkout depending on the service you select, for a few items that may take longer to deliver this will be indicated on the product page and at the checkout.

Trowell to your door - local deliveries.

Once we receive your order by this website (where you will get an order confirmation email), email or by telephone, we will deliver your local order within 5 working days (excludes weekends). Unfortunately at the online checkout, we can not specify delivery days or times, however, shortly after your purchase, we will be in contact to confirm your delivery date.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
