Extended Christmas returns policy & Last purchase days for Christmas delivery
We have extended our online returns policy for Christmas. Any items purchased in December 2021 can be exchanged or returned up to January 31st 2022.
Last order days for Christmas delivery 2021:
Standard delivery Sunday 18th December.
Express delivery Wednesday 22nd December.
(This excludes highlands, islands and is not guaranteed).

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days (depending on payment method, this is much faster) of us receiving your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
